Il Frantoio

It took us 50 minutes to find a parking lot (30 min) and walk to the restaurant (20 min). We were close to give up.!hard to find the restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant in a stunning location. The staff were friendly and professional, the food arrived promptly, and it was delicious.

The night is wonderful, in a fabulous location, we will certainly return...advisable!!!

The waiter was very nice and so it was the food. The prices are good (for the food and the wine).

This restaurant is one of the best I have ever been to. The food was amazing and cost about half what a similar meal would cost us back home (Australia) The best part of the meal was the smoked spaghetti dish closely followed by the &lsquo;eggplant pie&rsquo; ( not really a pie) but the steak and the chocolate desert were also perfect. The basil ice cream desert did not suit us but was also perfectly put together and presented and they are lovely people

Very good food and dito wines in a lovely piazza. The menu is worth every penny - all the dishes were nicely presented with our favourite being the smokey pasta. Attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Amazing experience in Colle Val dElsa. I make a point to book here every time we stay in this town. This restaurant never disappoints. Book the set menu and be prepared to be amazed.

With a little struggle finding the restaurant (our satnav struggled!) we arrived at this underground cave for our meal. The staff were wonderful, well informed on every level from wine to food and spoke perfect English not that we expected it. We had the tasting menu and it did not disappoint, from local specialities with a creative edge our tastebuds were certainly given a workout. The wine list is fabulous too. All in all a lovely evening.
